I am a fully qualified counsellor with psychology-based training and have extensive experience in
working with adult clients, particularly with those who experience difficulties with their alcohol
and drug use.

I have worked with individuals and couples  for the last 18 years in various counselling organisations, Bereavement Counselling, GP Surgeries and since 2004, in my private clinic.

I was the Counselling Service manager at a local charity – Addiction Support and Care Agency (ASCA), where I also provided clinical supervision and training  for volunteer counsellors.

I was the Deputy CEO  at MIND in Kingston for 6 years during which I launched and managed a new Counselling Service. I provided supervision to staff and volunteers. 

Between 2010 -2014 I facilitated experiential groups on a Counselling course at NESCOT College.

I worked for two years as a bereavement counsellor / supervisor at Kingston Bereavement Services. 

I regularly attend Continuing Professional Development training courses (CPD).
